Welcome to ReadyNex. These Terms govern your use of ReadyNex (the Coach Web app and the Student mobile app). By registering or using ReadyNex you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

ReadyNex provides training-plan management, workout completion tracking, feedback, nutrition logging, and an AI training assistant to help coaches and athletes collaborate. We may adjust features from time to time.

2. Account, responsibilities & acceptable use

• Provide accurate registration information and keep your account and password secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Do not use the service for anything unlawful or harmful, and do not disrupt or damage its operation.
• Using ReadyNex AI or any AI feature of the service to generate sexual, pornographic, sexually explicit, or NSFW (Not Safe for Work) content is strictly prohibited. You must not request the generation of, upload, publish, or distribute such content, including erotic material, depictions of sexual acts, sexualized nudity, sexual exploitation, sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual intimate content (including AI-generated deepfakes). This prohibition applies to text, images, audio, video, and any other content format, whether involving real, fictional, or AI-generated individuals.
• Do not use prompts, uploaded materials, or other methods to evade or attempt to bypass safeguards to obtain the prohibited content described above.

If you violate these acceptable use rules, we may remove the relevant content, restrict access to AI features, or suspend or terminate your account.

3. Coach–athlete relationship

ReadyNex is a collaboration tool. Coaching guidance, agreements, and professional advice between a coach and athlete are their own responsibility; ReadyNex is not a party to that professional relationship.

4. Intellectual property

The ReadyNex software, interface, and trademarks are our intellectual property. Content you create in the service (training/feedback, etc.) belongs to you or your coach; you grant us the license necessary to operate the service.

5. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or the law. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. The service is provided “as is”.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-app or on this page. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
