ReadyNex(以下简称“我们”)是一款面向健身教练与学员的训练计划管理产品,包含教练端 Web(dashboard.readyai.cc)与学员端 App。我们非常重视你的个人信息保护。本政策说明我们收集哪些信息、如何使用、与谁共享,以及你拥有的权利。请在使用前仔细阅读。
一、我们收集的信息
- 账号信息:姓名、邮箱、手机号(用于登录、短信验证码)。
- 训练数据:教练为你制定的训练计划、你的训练完成情况、自感用力度(RPE)、组数/重量等训练记录、训练反馈与备注。
- 身体与营养数据:体重、围度等身体测量数据;饮食记录、餐食照片、卡路里与营养估算。
- 使用与设备信息:为保障服务稳定与排查故障所必需的日志(如请求追踪 ID、错误信息、设备与网络基本信息)。
敏感个人信息提示:训练、RPE、体重、围度、营养与健康相关数据属于《个人信息保护法》(PIPL)下的敏感个人信息。我们仅在你注册并单独同意后收集,且仅用于向你提供教练服务所必需的目的。你有权随时撤回同意或删除账号。
二、我们如何使用这些信息
- 向你和你的教练提供训练计划管理、完成记录、反馈与营养分析等核心功能。
- 通过 AI 助手为教练生成训练建议与分析(见下方“第三方处理”)。
- 保障账号安全、进行故障诊断与服务改进。
三、信息的共享
- 与你的教练共享:产品的核心功能即是让你与所选教练协作,因此你的训练、反馈、身体与营养数据会对你所连接的教练可见。
- 第三方 AI 处理:AI 助手功能通过 Tokendance 网关调用第三方大模型(如 DeepSeek、Qwen)对相关内容进行处理。我们仅传输实现该功能所必需的数据。
- 短信服务商:手机号验证码通过阿里云短信服务发送。
- 错误诊断处理:教练端 Web 使用部署在阿里云杭州地域的 ARMS 用户体验监控处理生产错误。ReadyNex 客户端仅发送经脱敏的异常类型与堆栈、规范化页面路径、发布版本、源码映射调试 ID、粗粒度浏览器/系统信息、账号角色/版本、一次性故障编号与请求追踪 ID；不发送 ReadyNex 用户 ID、持久设备 ID、姓名、邮箱、手机号、Cookie、登录凭据、请求或响应正文、训练/反馈/备注内容、AI 输入输出、表单值、浏览器存储内容、用户行为或 Console 日志。与所有网络服务相同，ARMS 杭州接入端会接收连接源 IP，且其服务端会记录出口 IP 并派生地域、运营商和网络信息；当前 ARMS 不提供关闭该服务端处理的开关。ARMS 会话回放、页面性能、Web Vitals、API/资源采集和链路追踪均未启用。错误明细默认保存 30 天，指标默认保存 90 天。
- 我们不会出售你的个人信息,也不会将其用于与本服务无关的广告。
四、存储与保留
你的数据存储在我们的服务器上,保留至你删除账号为止。删除账号后,我们会删除或匿名化与你相关的个人信息(法律要求保留的除外)。我们每日进行数据备份以防意外丢失。
五、你的权利
- 查阅与导出:你可在学员端 App 的“设置”中导出你的个人数据。
- 更正:你可更新账号资料与联系方式。
- 删除:你可在学员端 App 的“个人资料 → 删除账号”中永久删除账号及全部相关数据,该操作不可撤销。
- 撤回同意:你可随时撤回对敏感数据处理的同意(可能导致相关功能不可用)。
六、安全
我们采用传输加密(HTTPS)、访问控制、密码加密存储等措施保护你的信息。但请注意,没有任何方法能保证绝对安全。
七、未成年人
本服务面向成年人。未满 14 周岁的未成年人需在监护人同意下使用;若你是监护人并发现未成年人未经同意使用,请联系我们删除。
八、政策更新
我们可能不时更新本政策。重大变更将通过应用内提示或本页面公布。继续使用即表示接受更新后的政策。

Privacy Policy

ReadyNex (“we”, “us”) is a training-plan management product for fitness coaches and their athletes, comprising a Coach Web app (dashboard.readyai.cc) and a Student mobile app. We take the protection of your personal information seriously. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have. Please read it before using ReadyNex.
1. Information we collect
- Account: name, email, phone number (for sign-in and SMS one-time codes).
- Training data: the plans your coach assigns, your workout completion, rate of perceived exertion (RPE), sets/weights, and training feedback and notes.
- Body & nutrition data: body weight and measurements; meal logs, meal photos, and calorie/nutrition estimates.
- Usage & device info: logs necessary to keep the service reliable and to diagnose issues (e.g. request trace IDs, error details, basic device/network info).
Sensitive personal information: training, RPE, weight, measurement, nutrition and health-related data are “sensitive personal information” under China’s PIPL. We collect it only after you register and give separate consent, and only for the purpose of providing coaching services to you. You may withdraw consent or delete your account at any time.
2. How we use it
- To deliver core features to you and your coach: plan management, completion tracking, feedback, and nutrition analysis.
- To power the AI assistant that helps coaches generate training suggestions and analysis (see “Third-party processing”).
- To keep accounts secure and to diagnose and improve the service.
3. Sharing
- With your coach: the core purpose of ReadyNex is collaboration with the coach you choose, so your training, feedback, body and nutrition data are visible to the coach you are connected to.
- Third-party AI processing: AI assistant features send the data necessary for that feature to large-language-model providers (e.g. DeepSeek, Qwen) via the Tokendance gateway.
- SMS provider: phone verification codes are sent via Alibaba Cloud SMS.
- Error diagnostics: Coach Web uses Alibaba Cloud ARMS Real User Monitoring in the Hangzhou region to process production errors. The ReadyNex client sends only redacted exception types and stacks, normalized routes, release versions, source-map debug IDs, coarse browser/OS details, account role/edition, a one-time reference ID, and request trace IDs. It does not send ReadyNex user IDs, persistent device IDs, names, email addresses, phone numbers, cookies, credentials, request or response bodies, training/feedback/note content, AI inputs or outputs, form values, browser storage, user actions, or console logs. Like any network service, the ARMS Hangzhou ingest endpoint receives the connection source IP; its backend records the egress IP and derives location, carrier, and network metadata, and ARMS currently exposes no switch to disable this server-side processing. ARMS session replay, page performance, Web Vitals, API/resource collection, and tracing are disabled. Error details are retained for 30 days and metrics for 90 days by default.
- We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising unrelated to this service.
4. Storage & retention
Your data is stored on our servers and retained until you delete your account. After deletion we delete or anonymize your personal information (except where retention is legally required). We take daily backups to guard against accidental loss.
5. Your rights
- Access & export: export your personal data from Settings in the Student app.
- Correction: update your profile and contact details.
- Deletion: permanently delete your account and all associated data from Profile → Delete Account in the Student app. This cannot be undone.
- Withdraw consent: withdraw consent to processing of sensitive data at any time (this may make related features unavailable).
6. Security
We protect your information with encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and hashed password storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however.
7. Minors
The service is intended for adults. Minors under 14 must use it with guardian consent; if you are a guardian and find a minor using it without consent, please contact us to delete the account.
8. Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or on this page. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
